6. Returns
The return of products must be done according to the following procedure:

Contact Customer Service

Pack the product in its original packaging and carefully protect it;

Pay attention to send back the whole content of the parcel

Join a duplicate of your invoice, with your coordinates: name, address, order N°. Please describe the reason of the return.

Cyberté Création SARL reserves itself the right to reject the repayment or the exchange if the above-mentioned return procedure is not respected, or if the articles are damaged or dirty.

7. Happy or money back
You have a 7 days deadline as from the reception of the parcel to return us a product that doesn't please you no longer.
We give you money back less the sending costs we effectively paid (even if they are part of a "free shipping" offer). The return shippment costs are at your charge.
The returns are to be carried out according to the procedure described in article 6 "Returns".
